Official We Are Many trailer

So we had a school trip this week to the cinema. We hopped on a bus and amazingly no one went missing thanks to Jo’s school register. We Are Many is a fantastic and important documentary directed by a good friend of Velvet’s, Amir Amirani. It is the scandalous story of Tony Blair and George Bush ignoring the largest protests in the history of humanity against going to war with Iraq. It’s an extremely significant documentary relevant to everyone on Planet Earth. Here’s what we made of it in 140 characters each.

Felix – I was too young for all this to sink in at the time, but the long and short of it is that Tony Blair is Class A chump. A very important documentary.

Fab – We Are Many needs to be a part of the British curriculum. People need to understand the importance of the public voice.

Jack – Brilliant documentary highlighting how illegal the Iraq war was, but also moving to end on the power of the people.

Tasha – My brother served in Afghanistan. At last I understand what it was all for: Blair & Bush’s hunger games. We Are Many is an incredibly gripping, sensational piece of film. No To War.

JJ – I really enjoyed it. The main thing I took away from it is that Blair is a traitor. According to him, two million voices mean nothing.

Amelia – One of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Together humanity is the greatest and most powerful force in this world. Reflect peace and stop war!

Jo S – Educational, moving, important. Here’s a film that’s been a long time in the making but deserves the acclaim it’s already securing. Take your friends.
