Velvet was tasked by Aura, a leading customer experience management business to drive engagement and awareness of its data and analytics services among key automotive audiences. This included supporting research conducted by Aura into the adoption of product review/rating systems to inform consumers as well as providers who rely on genuine reviews to improve their services.
This translated into a PR programme targeting media including AM, Motor Trader, Automotive Europe, Car Dealer, Aftermarket Online and Motor Transport. Velvet secured a range of news items in key automotive media and op-eds in Motor Trader and Forbes. Velvet also developed a plan for Aura to build its social media following.
